Grand Opening

Although already opened for a couple of months, Citron New World Bistro hosted its grand opening party on Friday, July 18, 2008 - an event which featured complimentary drinks, wine tasting and sizzling souvalkis for the capacity crowd who came to check out South Denver�s newest bistro.

Offering innovative freshly prepared cuisine with Mediterranean, Southwestern and Pacific Rim flavors, Citron Bistro is owned and operated by brothers Tom and George Karas � former owners of Season�s restaurant and catering. The Karas� pervious success as restaurateurs is evident in their new venture � Citron Bistro which provides serious food with a casual attitude in the stand-alone brick and mortar building just south of Hampden and S. Yosemite.

Citron Bistro boasts a full-service bar, several banquet rooms, catering, onsite parking and a large and varied menu with extremely reasonable prices. Outside of weekday happy hour specials, Citron Bistro offers half-priced wine bottle specials on Tuesdays, prime rib diner specials on Wednesday and Saturday nights and an all-you-can eat brunch buffet on Sundays.
